The Darsail company was founded in 1999. The specialists of the company work out and produce spare parts for tobacco industry. Out of the large spectrum of the spare parts the company selected several branches: - foil embossing rollers according to the principle “metal-metal” embossing
- printing dies for marking cigarettes
- tongue pieces for plug forming
- rottary cutting drums for the inner frame of a cigarette pack
- glue rollers for filter-attaching machines
All these spare parts can be used on all known types of the machines and units of all manufacturers, such as ITM, GD, HAUNI, FOCKE, DECOUFLE, MOLINS, SASIB, etc. During the production and working out of our spare parts we base only on our own experience, producing the goods that have no analogues in the world. Among our cliens you can find many world leading cigarette manufacturers. Our goods require all world standards of quality and widely claimed by our clients. During the last few years there has been made a list of inventions in the field of foil embossing. These inventions radically change the conception of safeguarding against counterfeiting. For example, 3D foto embossing technology, STL and guilloche embossing technologies allow the designers to bring to life nearly unlimited variety of their ideas according the mounting of the appearance of a cigarette pack. The latest invention of Darsail company are tongue pieces that give an opportunity to decrease the rejects up to 0,03-0,06% allowing the producers nearly to evade the production of defective cigarettes and earn up to 1% more. The rottary cutting drums produced by the Darsail company can have blades of practically any shape.
