Systems for cutting the inner frame of a pack have been produced by “Darsail” since 2002.
The design of the cutting system is modified as follows:
• there are backing side plates installed on a rotary cutter;
• backing side plates, that became rigid and unsprung, along with a rotary cutter form a monolithic structure;
• a very hard roller is used instead of the untempered press roller.
Both rollers (rotary cutter and press roller) are made of high-quality cold-formed equilibration steel. Using modern technologies of heat treatment we eliminate the possibility of embrittlement and decarburization of the edge surface of the profile knife. These are the most important characteristics during production of high-quality rotary cutters.
We produce rollers suitable for packaging machines, such as: SASIB, HLP, FOCKE etc., where the rotary cutting system is used.
