Systems of plug forming of a tobacco rod have to consist of a scraper and a cone (finger, tongue piece). “Darsail” mastered the production of such pieces in 2002. These items are specified by the complex process of forming and are manufactured based on the exclusive technology developed by our specialists.
The most of this type items has longer lifetime compared to those similar ones of other manufacturers. In addition to high-quality steel that is subject to special heat treatment, all cones have the unique-shaped inner channel. Due to such modifications we succeeded in manufacturing the product that reduces the quantity of cigarettes rejected during production to a great extent.

Cones for “king size”, “slim” and “superslim” cigarettes are usually stocked at our company.
We do not produce cones for «Skoda» makers and some other makers manufactured before 1950. Please be accurate when placing your order.
